- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice about ½ a lime
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- 4 oz ginger beer
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ¾ cup water
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Make the rosemary simple syrup by combining all ingredients in a small pot. Bring to boil, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove rosemary and refrigerate to cool.
In a cocktail shaker, mix the vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake with ice. Strain into glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with additional rosemary if desired.
