This simple dip is made from creamy avocado blended with nutty tahini. It gets some brightness from fresh squeezed lemon juice, grassy herbaceousness from some cilantro, and earthiness from a pinch of cumin. Easy and quick to whip up in minutes in the food processor, this Tahini and Avocado dip is perfect for dipping veggies, crackers, pretzels, or chips.
Add everything to food processor. Blend until creamy and well blended.
Transfer to serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Add a sprinkle of everything seasoning just before serving, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to substitute another fresh herb for the cilantro if desired, such as basil, parsley, or mint.
