Easter Chex Mix (Bunny Bait)
Made with a combination of rice chex, lucky charms, pretzels, and colorful spring M&Ms or chocolate Easter egg candies along with a thin white chocolate coating, this Easter Chex Mix (or Bunny Bait) is a perfect sweet and salty treat for all of your spring parties and holiday festivities.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 2 cups rice chex
- 2 1/2 cup lucky charms cereal (marshmallows included)
- 12 oz vanilla almond bark or white chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp sprinkles (of your favorite type and color)
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Add pretzels, Chex, and Lucky Charms to a big bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate or almond bark, and stir in a pinch of salt. Pour the white chocolate over the cereal/pretzel mixture and stir to coat.
- Add your sprinkles and stir again (you don't want these to get lost in the white chocolate if you add them too early).
- Spread mixture out on a parchment lined baking sheet until cooled and chocolate has hardened.
- Break up any large chunks, and add in your M&Ms.
Notes
Store at room temperature or keep refrigerated for an extra special treat.
