- 1 cup milk (dairy or non dairy milk)
- 1 scoop berry flavored protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp white chocolate chips (optional)
In a microwave safe bowl or mug, stir together milk and protein powder until well mixed. Add in oats, chia seeds, vanilla bean paste, almond extract, and strawberries and stir to combine.
Microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir and heat another 30 seconds, if needed.
Top with white chocolate chips if desired - the heat from the oatmeal will melt the chocolate.
