- 8 cups shredded cabbage (about 3/4 medium head or use pre-shredded cabbage)
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup dill pickle slices (julienne sliced)
Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing
- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/4 mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
In a large bowl, make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, mayo, pickle juice, dill, and other spices. Add the coleslaw, green onions, and pickles, and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 - 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to combine.
