Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage (about 3/4 medium head or use pre-shredded cabbage)
  • 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices (julienne sliced)

Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing

  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, make the dressing by combining the Greek yogurt, mayo, pickle juice, dill, and other spices. Add the coleslaw, green onions, and pickles, and toss to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 - 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to combine.
