Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 clove garlic (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth. If dressing seems thick, add a little more cold water to thin.
