Dill Pickle Dip

Dill pickle dip is a twist on your traditional French onion dip or dill dip that is packed with tiny bites of crunchy, salty pickles, bright dill flavor, and creamy sour cream and/or greek yogurt – perfect for dipping chips or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup greek yogurt (can substitute all sour cream instead)
  • ½ tsp minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp dill weed (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup baby dill pickles

Instructions

  • Dice or chop pickles very finely (you want them to be very small so they are distributed throughout the dip for a creamy, smooth dip).
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until evenly combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
